In order to use custom themes you have to patch your system files. To do that, download and install Universal Theme Patcher from this link:
Ive got it downloaded, but i previously had my own windows startup screen and since ive installed your package i cant change it back, even tho in the sys32/obee/info/backgrounds my homepage screen is Still what it used to be
