Dark Pearl VS for Windows 7

Version 1.1

Changes from 1.0:

- Fixed notification area backgrounds
- Fixed taskbar jumplist background

Tested on Windows 7 x86 only, but works on x64 as well. System files for x86 pre-SP1!

In order to use custom themes you have to patch your system files.
To do that, download and install Universal Theme Patcher from this link:

Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

To install the visual style:

Place the content of the "Theme" folder in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

Double-click on Dark Pearl VS.theme to apply the style.

I've included several system files, which you can, but you don't need to change (x86 pre-SP1 only!):

explorer.exe - for the start button
explorerframe.dll - for the Back-Forward buttons in Windows Explorer

the utp for me only lets me patch the bottom 2 and not the top which is themeservice.dll any clue why?

Ive got it downloaded, but i previously had my own windows startup screen and since ive installed your package i cant change it back, even tho in the sys32/obee/info/backgrounds my homepage screen is Still what it used to be

and how do u get the system info apps at the bottom, they are great
