Install fonts (included in the .rar), extract folder Dark Pearl 2 and Dark pearl 2.theme to X:\Windows\Resources\Themes

X - system partition, usually C

I am currently using your version 1.1 but am having trouble with the IE9 favorites menu. The background is dark great and the font is black making it very difficult to read. Everything else was great. I just tried this one as a comparison and it doesn't run in Aero for some reason. When it loads Windows refers to "Classic" color options so there is no transparency or anything like what is shown in the photo above. Am I missing something?

Love this theme. Been using the modded version with standard fonts. When using firefox, I have noticed that the background in some of the text boxes are dark grey and the the text within the box is light gray. No issues there, but in some windows the textbox is the standard white and the text is still light gray. Is there a way to change the text color to something a little darker so I can see it on a white background. I've tried messing around in advanced appearance settings but don't know which item to change. Any help?

You have to download Token icons, you can find it here, on Devianart. Create a shortcut of the program you want to pin to taskbar. Right-click on the shortcut - Properties - Change icon - find the icon you want to use - Apply - OK. Right-click new icon - Pin to taskbar. :)

I don't understand it - those "rays" have just disappeared... :?

The only thing I'd like to change is that fat taskbar and those black buttons on web pages, sometimes I can't even see what are they for, the font is then invisible.

I really like it, finally a theme I was looking for - cheers, mate. :+fav:

There's just one thing - why I have such a weak taskbar and neither aero nor glass effects appear (or rather why did they disappear)?

Maybe you should try to patch your system files again. The style is set to use Aero, and it works just fine for me.
